FAQ

We are often asked:

 

1. Can I pick up my order at Dorr Modellbau?

> Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer pickup. We run our business on the side, so we can only ship orders via mail/DHL, as we cannot guarantee fixed pickup times.

 

2. Why does the invoice not include VAT?

> Due to the EU small business regulation, we currently only sell to end customers (no B2B). The small business regulation allows us to sell our products without charging sales tax.

 

3. Is shipping outside Germany possible?

> We are currently examining the conditions (tax and customs regulations) under which we will be able to offer international shipping in the future. As each country needs to be confirmed by the local authorities this can take some time.
