Safety instructions and intended use.

Please take a moment to read the following information, as the following applies to all items we offer:

You received a model building item, NOT a toy. This model building item is intended to be used on a model (railway) layout by experienced model builders aged 14 and over, and may be fixed, for example, with glue. It may only be used with the accessories recommended by the manufacturer. The product is intended for hobby use, not for permanent or commercial use. Store and use indoors only at room temperature (15°C–45°C). Protect from high humidity (max. 75% relative humidity), direct sunlight, and UV radiation. Any other use is considered improper. We are not liable for damage or defects resulting from improper use or failure to follow the operating instructions. Read the operating instructions carefully before use and keep the operating instructions with the product. Only pass the product and operating instructions together to third parties. Observe the safety instructions in the operating instructions or on the product. Only use the product if it is in perfect working order. Permanent installation (eg, fixing with glue to a model (railroad) layout is strongly recommended. Due to the detailed design the models have sharp edges, pointed corners, and small parts. Sharp tools and adhesives are required for processing. This may pose a risk of injury or health hazards. The product, as well as all tools and accessories, must be kept out of the reach of children at all times. Use by children and people with impaired physical, mental, and/or sensory abilities is only permitted under supervision and after prior instruction. Inform children about the contents of the instruction manual and the hazards posed by the product and its accessories. Wash hands thoroughly after handling the product. Do not consume food or drink, or smoke while using the product.
